收費與注意事項

  • 我們僅接受無需訂金的餐廳預約。

  • 每次預約服務費：1,000日圓。

  • 預約成功後若需改期，每次電話聯繫加收150日圓手續費（最多限改 2 次）。

  • 若餐廳需事先支付門票或套餐費用，將另行收取費用並需先付款，方可代為預約。

  • 如預計會遲到，請至少提前 6 小時通知我們。

  • 因遲到導致無法入店者，需自行承擔責任與損失。

  • 無回覆（no reply）或無故未到（no show）者，預約將自動取消，視情況可能被列入黑名單。

  • 預約成功後如需取消，仍需支付取消手續費 150 日圓。

🔸 請注意：

在日本，預留座位並非理所當然。近年因旅客無故取消或失聯的情況頻傳，已有許多餐廳選擇不再接受外國人預約。

我們設定這些規則，是希望保障每位旅客都有良好用餐體驗，也能維持與商家的信賴關係。我們會盡力提供周到服務，也誠摯希望您能以誠待人，不輕易失約，讓您的日本之旅更加圓滿。

Fees & Important Notes

  • We only accept reservations for restaurants that do not require a deposit.

  • Reservation service fee: JPY 1,000 per request.

  • If you need to reschedule after a confirmed booking, a handling fee of JPY 150 per phone call will be charged (maximum 2 times).

  • If the restaurant requires advance payment (e.g. tickets or course meals), the payment must be completed before we proceed with the booking.

  • If you expect to be late, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance.

  • We are not responsible for missed reservations caused by late arrival.

  • No reply or no-show will result in automatic cancellation, and depending on the case, you may be blacklisted.

  • Even if you cancel after a reservation has been confirmed, a JPY 150 cancellation fee will still apply.

🔸 Important Note:

In Japan, reserving a table is not always guaranteed. Due to a growing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations by foreign visitors, many restaurants have reluctantly stopped accepting reservations from overseas guests.

We’ve established these rules to protect your dining experience and maintain trust with local businesses. We strive to offer the best possible service — and kindly ask you to treat all parties with respect. Please do not disappear without notice.

  • 예약 서비스 요금: 건당 1,000엔

  • 예약 완료 후 일정 변경 시, 전화 1회당 150엔 수수료가 부과됩니다 (최대 2회까지 변경 가능).

  • 레스토랑에서 사전 결제가 필요한 경우(예: 입장권 또는 코스요리), 예약 전 결제 완료가 필요합니다.

  • 지각이 예상될 경우, 최소 6시간 전에 사전 연락해 주세요.

  • 지각으로 인해 입장이 거부될 경우, 모든 책임은 본인에게 있습니다.

  • 연락 없음(no reply) 또는 무단 결석(no-show) 시 예약은 자동 취소되며, 상황에 따라 블랙리스트 처리될 수 있습니다.

  • 예약 완료 후 취소하더라도, 150엔의 취소 수수료가 부과됩니다.
